Tulsa Athletic struck first in the 59th minute when their attacker chipped the Rangers’ goalkeeper on a breakaway. National Premiere Soccer League cross conference rivals, the Little Rock Rangers Soccer Club and the Memphis Football Club, will face off on April 28th at Christian Brothers High School in Memphis and April 30th at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock to determine who will take home the 2017 I-40 Cup.
