Youth

The Little Rock Rangers launched in 2015 with a mission to improve the perception of, and extend opportunities for, soccer in the Little Rock and greater Central Arkansas area. A crucial component of this goal was met with the founding of the Little Rock Rangers Academy (LRRA) in 2018.

As of 2025, the Academy now numbers over a thousand players across it’s team programs, and hundreds more participants in it’s several in, and off, season training tracks. The Little Rock Rangers Academy’s focus on year-round training experience and options for players who are committed to accelerating their development has raised the level of play within and without the club. These growth opportunities for players, spearheaded by LRRA’s (former professional and international soccer player & coach) Director Ante Jazic, has opened doors for central Arkansas players to advance to several professional club academies and/or collegiate programs.

The Academy now offers, from its Little Rock and Searcy locations, a complete training pathway for girls and boys, ages one through twenty. This pathway includes team tracks across the classic, developmental, pre-classic and recreational levels, and personal development programs ranging from Baby Bucks (ages 1-3) to Elite Performance Academies (ages 9+). For many, their development journey will coalesce with the club’s mission of providing higher level soccer opportunities in Arkansas when they step from the academy, the team badge of their youth still worn on their chest, onto the pitch for our mens and womens teams.
