Technical Skills Oriented Sessions

1 hour 15 minute sessions 3 days a week. Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings beginning on 6/3. Times depend on registration numbers and whether we have to create multiple time slots and will be confirmed once registration closes.

EXPERIENCE:

NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!! IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!! EPA is a high intensity training regiment that is designed for the experienced player. The program is designed for those who are currently playing for a club and are serious, disciplined, and dedicated to extra training opportunities. Players will continue to hone their individual skills while learning how to implement proper team tactics. Sessions will consist of station-based skill work with players of similar ability to adequately challenge the player and push them to reach their full potential.
