For Little Rock, the match will be the first and last game before hosting Houston FC four short days later to begin Mid-South divisional play.

“"We are very excited to kick off our first year in USL 2 with a preseason match against a USL Championship team - Memphis 901,” Rangers Head Coach Will Montgomery said about the much-anticipated match. “This will be a strong test for the players, as well as an opportunity for the technical staff to assess the teams' performance in transitional moments.  Yet still, due to COVID 19 restrictions, it is unfortunate our supporters will not be in person to witness the match.  We look forward to seeing them at our first match on May 12, 2021."
