Little Rock, Ark. - The Little Rock Rangers defeated Louisiana Krewe, 2-1 on Saturday night. After trailing at halftime, the team talk must have been simple as coaching caretaker Chris Lawson got the team ready for the second half as the team scored two goals to knock off Krewe.

Spencer Barber earned a penalty in the 67th minute and stepped up to take it. His shot was saved, but the goalkeeper stepped off his line allowing for a retake. Barber made no mistake on the second opportunity and smashed it into the bottom right corner. A tough battle between the two sides for the next 23 minutes allowed for Kai Phillip to create space and pounce on a back pass. Phillip took a shot from outside the penalty area that ended up falling to the feet of Lance Crabtree. Crabtree rifled home the winner in the 90th minute to give the Stags the 2-1 result.

The 2022 season has officially concluded for the Rangers and will go into this offseason in search of a new manager and with hope for a dominant 2023 campaign.
